Cooked up a classic today in just 15ish minutes: beef curry udon with a “poached” egg. This was seriously so easy to make and it always makes my tummy happy! Boil 1 pack of noodles and set them aside. Saute onions and beef together with a little bit of oil. Add a bit of soy sauce, water, and a japanese curry cube. Once the curry cube has compeltely dissolved with a bit of mixing, i add the noodles and top it off with my botched poached egg and green onions. Nothing complicated and it gets a 10u002F10 🤌🏼
